Terms of Sale.

General.
  All my work is completely handmade so there will always be a slight variation in size and colour. This is part of the charm and character of handmade Bonsai pots.

Payments:
  a) On-line credit card payment are made via a secure server link direct to Firepay payment center.
  b) Payment is accepted by Paypal, cash, cheque or transfer. Cheques should be payable to Tony Remington.

Overdue Accounts:
  a) If any outstanding invoice is not paid within the specified period I reserve the right to charge interest of 5%
  above the Natwest Bank (UK) base rate per month or part month on any amounts overdue.

Prices.
  a) Prices on my current website supercede those given in any previous lists.
  b) All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
  c) Quotations are valid for 28 days unless otherwise agreed.
  d) All prices are Net Ex-workshop.
  e) All work remains the property of Tony Remington until paid for in full.

Sizes & Colours
  a) All our work is completely hand made as a result there will be slight variations in sizes.

Delivery, Postage & Packing.
  a) Delivery can be up to 45 days from the confirmation of your order or sooner depending work load and stock availability.
  b) Packaging, Boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper charges may be added if needed.
  c) Carriage cost will be charged at the carrier’s cost price.
